Every Quarter Carat piece is crafted in our Original 6K Solid Gold Alloy, made to live with you day in, day out. Our 2-Year Warranty reflects the confidence we have in our materials, our process, and our craftsmanship.

We’ll repair or replace your piece if it shows a manufacturing defect, such as a structural fault or a stone lost due to a defect in the setting.

What’s not covered:

• Everyday wear: Scratches, discolouration, or worn settings from normal use.

• Accidental damage or misuse: Breakage, bending, or damage caused by impact or neglect.

• Lost stones through wear or misuse.

• Alterations or repairs by third parties: Any changes made by someone other than Quarter Carat will void the warranty.

• Loss or theft: We can’t cover lost or stolen pieces.

If something outside the warranty happens, we offer a lifetime repair service for a small fee. We believe your jewellery deserves a long life.
