We ship Australia-wide and aim to process your order the same day it’s received. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey from our door to yours.

Shipping Options (Australia)

• Standard Shipping (2–8 business days): $10 flat rate

• Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $100

• Express Shipping (1–4 business days): $15

• Overnight Express: $20

30-Day Free Returns

Changed your mind? No worries — we make returns simple.

You can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll cover the postage. Just complete the form below with your reason for return and we’ll email you a prepaid return label along with step-by-step instructions.

To be eligible for a return:
• Jewellery must be unworn
• In original, saleable condition
• Returned with all packaging
• Include proof of purchase or order number

Please note:
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

We want you to love your jewellery, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the process straightforward.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
