We ship Australia-wide and aim to process your order the same day it's received. Once it's on its way, you'll get an email with your Australia Post tracking number so you can follow it from our door to yours.

30-Day Free Returns

Changed your mind? It happens. We'll make it simple.

You have 30 days from delivery to return your purchase and we'll cover the postage. To get started, contact us here and we'll send you a prepaid label along with step-by-step instructions.

To be eligible for a return, your piece must be:

• Unworn and in original, saleable condition

• Returned with all original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number

Please note: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. This typically appears within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
